  Restoration projects 2008:

1. •    Build additional furniture (couch, tables and lamps)
   

2. •    Finish the sunken court with, previously unbuilt, privacy fence, built in bench seating and furniture.
   

3. •    Replace plate glass with original design french doors leading to sunken court.
   

 Restoration projects completed to date.

•    New Roof

•    Completely rebuilt exterior chimney mass

•    Rebuilt brick planter

•    Replaced most of the perimeter bricks around concrete mat

•    Removed siding that had been added to house

•    Completely rebuilt utility room that had deteriorated badly

•    Rebuilt cantilevered balcony on second floor bedroom

•    Replaced damaged cypress on exterior

•    Replaced sliding glass doors with originally designed French doors

•    Removed added closet from master bedroom

•    Cleaned and waxed much of the interior tidewater red cypress

•    Removed carpeting from second floor and restored Beech floor

•    Reproduced some of the original furniture
